A traditional timber sliding window with cord and lead weights. Available in a variety of frame styles with numerous glazing options. Whether matching sympathetically to original feature windows or supplying new build projects, our traditional designs can really enhance the look of a property.

Our spring balance sash wooden windows are designed to slide vertically (for opening & ventilation) with a tilt back facility (for cleaning). As such it is ideal for high level applications and it's inherent traditional looks combined with modern technology, make it ideal for 'period' style facades.

• Tilt - back facility allows easy cleaning of outside panes.
• 24mm double glazing is standard with our Tilt and Slide Vertical Sash windows which is a feature not normally associated with this window type.
• Special timber sections, designed to accommodate the double glazing, mean elegantly slim windows.
• Normal excessive sideways movement (a common complaint with vertical sash wooden windows) has been eliminated by designing in additional seals which give smoother upwards/downwards movement and improved weather performance.
• Pre-tensioned, fully concealed spring balances with built in adjustment allow smooth operation and carry a 5 year warranty.
• For piece of mind all windows have key or finger locking sash locks.
• A wide range of sash wooden window designs and opening options including arched heads and Georgian style meet most needs precisely.

Energy Efficent Slim Double Glazed Units for a listed property

If your property is listed or in a conservation area, and you can obtain permission to double glaze, we can offer our new "Slimline Double Glazed Units" which will not effect the appearance of your property, these are also available in 14mm and 12mm sealed units as prefered by your local authority Listed Buildings Department.

In addition to the above options we also repair existing shutters or supply bespoke items to suit your requirements, for internal or external fitment.
